WHAT A NICE WEEK!!

Staying at SOLMATE TOO last week was such pleasure. It is a delightful space and although not ocean front we enjoyed a small, but lovely view of the beach between the trees and the sound of waves rolling in. The house was so comfortable and the lanai a pleasure to sit on anytime of the day. Clean, nicely equipped, conveniently located and tastefully decorated, it made for an especially enjoyable and relaxing getaway. (PS - Management great to work with!)

Captiva get away

Great house with Amazing location

This house was perfect for 3 or 4 people. The house itself was nice and clean upon arrival. There’s a nice partial ocean view from the lanai, which was great for sitting and eating outside. The location to the beach was fantastic. Only a 30 second walk. We were also in walking distance to a number of shops and restaurants. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Captivated

Sole Mate too is the perfect getaway cottage for two couples. Went with my college roommate and her husband and we had an extraordinary week. The location is perfect, close to the village fabulous for biking and walking! The walk to the beach is a pretty little path. The park like setting that the house overlooks is just wonderful. Tropical paradise for sure. We have already recommended it to friends and they’ve booked a week in July!

As an aside to the realty company for the owner, this house could use a dust pan for sweeping up. It also needs a kitchen clock and a full-size coffee pot.

Sole Mate too

Its our 4th year renting this home. Its location to the beach makes this place. It has a full stair case so you get a work out carrying grocerys and luggage. American reality has always been good to us.

Great get away from the snow!

We had a great week in the sun, made even sweeter by knowing it was around zero degrees back home. The house was in a wonderful location. We came to Captiva near annually from before we had kids until when the oldest was 12; he is now aged 25 and accompanied us on this trip. It was very reassuring that many things about the Island were unchanged.

EARLY WINTER STAY

Knowing the damage from the past storms the unit was found to be unaffected. Everything was as pictured and the area was quiet. The porch was a wonderful place to sit out as the sun set. We are definitely returning.

Felt like home!

Perfect Florida Getaway!

We had a lovely escape from Upstate NY for a long birthday weekend. The home was exactly what we were hoping for - two minutes to walk to the beach, close enough to the ocean to hear the waves crashing, plenty of space to stretch out. We'd love to stay here again on our next Captiva getaway!

Watch the sunset from the lanai

We couldn't get to Captiva last year, due to hurricane damage. This year our usual cottage still was not ready, so we took this larger house for a shorter period. It is very roomy and nice, with a great place to sit outside and a short walk to the beach. It is more than we need, so we are hoping to go back to the cottage next year, but this would be our second choice

Nice stay!

Property was clean and comfortable and owner very responsive. Kitchen decently equipped and unit has a washer and dryer.
There’s one property in front of this one so there’s just a partial ocean view but access to the beach is very easy and convenient with a pathway that gets you there in 30 seconds. We appreciated the beach chairs, towels, and umbrella. Overall it was an enjoyable stay for our family.

Soulmates Too

There were problems with the dishwasher, the door will not shut properly and it was extremely difficult to get it to function properly. There is a problem with the TV in the living room. I called regarding its operation and some one from the office came over and HE also had problems with it. It appears that one of the electric receptacles may be faulty, but as it turns out I had to unplug the TV and replug it into another receptacle each time I wanted to turn it on. It worked then but the process was a nuisance.
